- What are the payment methods available?
We accept payments through Bank Deposit Through BDO, GCASH and PAYMAYA. If you choose Bank Deposit, please email proof of receipt to thecharlotteandco@gmail.com
- How can I change my shipping address?
By default, It shall be the last used shipping address saved into your store account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you need to. We do not allow changing of shipping address after check out.
- How long does the shipping usually take?
Please expect items to be delivered within 3-5 business days within Metro Manila, and 7-10 working days nationwide.
- What couriers do you use?
For Metro Manila deliveries, we use Grab express or Lalamove.
- Can I arrange Pick Up?
Pick up is encouraged, you may reach us at thecharlotteandco@gmail.com for arrangement.
- What is your return policy?
If there is an error in your order, please contact us within the same day the receipient received the item. If there is a defect in the item, granted that the issue is brought to our attention the same day the recipient received the item and to show proof by taking video while being unboxed, the return process can be discussed, either by granting a discount, or through store credit. Otherwise, all items are considered sold and we do not accept refunds.
- How can I track my orders and payment?
After logging into your account, the status of your checkout history can be found under Order History. For same day delivery, we will contact you through the information given in your order slip, and we will book the rider for you. The rider will also send you a notice when your items are on the way. If your order was made after 5pm, the items will be delivered the next day.
